How do I get started?

Taking the first step towards permanently reducing your energy consumption is easy!

Select The Best Option For Your Home

Follow Your Home Retrofit Plan Towards a More Comfortable Home

The key to achieving the best outcome for your investment is to approach each area of your home in the right order.

Your ecoHome Retrofit Plan begins with a professional assessment of your home’s thermal performance.

Your ecoHome Assessment will deliver tailored recommendations specific to your home in a prioritised step-by-step plan that ensures your investment delivers the best possible outcome.

By taking a targeted approach to improving the energy efficiency of your home, you can permanently reduce your energy consumption – making your home cooler in summer, warmer in winter and significantly cutting your energy bills.

How does an ecoHome Assessment work?

One of our highly experienced assessors will visit your home to evaluate its thermal performance according to your chosen home assessment and develop your ecoHome Retrofit Plan.

Our assessor will assess, specify and prioritise the most appropriate solutions for your home, spanning draught proofing, ceiling insulation, underfloor insulation, wall insulation and secondary glazing (which converts fixed, awning and sash windows into perfectly operating double glazing).

Following your assessment you may choose to schedule professional installation of your selected retrofit solutions, or you may decide to take the DIY approach to implement your retrofit plan.

However you decide to approach it, solutions can be applied immediately or over time, as your budget allows.

An ecoHome PREMIUM Assessment is a thorough and holistic inspection of your home, followed by a comprehensive report detailing the issues and offering solutions as to how you can optimise every aspect of your home and significantly reduce your energy consumption.

This is the only assessment that includes comprehensive thermal modelling of your home using our own Building Analyser software providing a scientific basis on which decisions can be made with confidence.

Solutions are priority sequenced to maximise the return on your investment and your report includes a site-specific visual comparison chart that instantly communicates the potential scope of improvements that can be achieved with each retrofit solution.

Your home’s thermal efficiency is influenced by the amount of draughts, the quality of glazing and shading, and the level of ceiling, wall and underfloor insulation. In order to optimise your home’s performance you must gain insight into how these things influence each other, from there you can target your approach to permanently improve your home.

This assessment spans the following areas:

•  Draught Proofing
•  Ceiling Insulation
•  Underfloor Insulation
•  Wall Insulation
•  Shading
•  Secondary Glazing
(Double Glazing for Existing Windows)

… and some recommendations regarding:

•  Heating and Cooling
•  Lighting
•  Window Coverings
•  Reflective Coatings
•  Solar Electricity
•  Solar Hot Water
•  and more …

At ecoMaster, we understand that in order to optimise the thermal efficiency of your home, all aspects must be addressed collectively. With a thorough understanding of the thermal efficiency of your home, you are empowered to make informed choices about where to invest most effectively in your home, making your home more comfortable, cheaper to run, and better for the environment too.

•  Ceiling Insulation
•  Underfloor Insulation
•  Wall Insulation
•  Secondary Glazing (Double Glazing for Existing Windows)
•  Highlight any other areas that would be contributing to an uncomfortable and costly home.

Your assessment report will detail the thermal efficiency challenges and the potential solutions applicable to these areas of your home alongside the associated costings.

For a holistic analysis on how all aspects of your home influence its overall thermal performance, consider an ecoHome Premium.

Draught Proofing is the most fundamental step you can take to improving the thermal efficiency of your home, by taking control of air infiltration alone, you can make your home significantly more comfortable and reduce your energy consumption.

An ecoHome AIR Assessment will identify any unnecessary air leakage in your home and provide you with a comprehensive report detailing recommended draught proofing solutions and their associated costs.
