Shipping & Returns

Order Information: We request information from you on our order form. In order to complete the transaction, you must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use the information to contact you.

Pricing: The prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars and do not include freight. We only accept payment in Australian dollars.

GST: Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) has been added to all prices quoted on our website.

Product Availability: Total delivery time will depend on stock availability and freight carrier. We endeavor to always have stock on hand and ship your order within 7 working days. Occasionally, it may take longer to have your order shipped to you. If your order needs to be installed by a tradesperson, it is safer to book your tradesperson once your order has been delivered.

Delivery policy: You will be notified at the checkout of your delivery options and the cost of delivery. We use the most economical freight arrangements possible. Maximum shipping rate within Australia is $20, excluding Insulation products (see below).  Your credit card will be charged a lower amount, should the shipping cost be less than $20.

*Please note shipping on insulation products - If you are ordering insulation products, please be aware that shipping costs can vary widely. The minimum charge for shipping insulation is $65 - but may be more depending on quantity. The flat rate shipping will apply at checkout and we will contact you to confirm the exact shipping rate of your specific order prior to processing your order and charging your card.

Product Guarantee: Should you be unhappy with any product that you have purchased from ecoMaster, we would very much appreciate your feedback. Of course, we will refund your payment (excluding delivery charges) when we receive the unopened item along with a copy of your sales invoice within 30 days of its purchase. "Made-to-order" goods cannot be accepted for credit return.

Faulty Goods: Should any product you purchase from ecoMaster fail within the warranty period, please contact us to arrange for a replacement. The product will be replaced when the faulty product is received at PO Box 820 Gisborne 3437 Victoria along with a copy of your sales invoice.

Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged product from ecoMaster, please advise us within 5 working days by filling in this form with your sales invoice number and return the item to us. We will replace the item as soon it is received at PO Box 820 Gisborne 3437 Victoria.

General Terms and Conditions: The title of any items sold by ecoMaster does not pass to you until full payment has been made and all funds have been cleared.

Export policy: At this time, ecoMaster does not sell to overseas customers.
