It takes approximately 1.5 hours and identifies all the sources of draughts in your home. You will be provided with a fully itemised list of these sources, the solutions and the costs associated with having retrofit work carried out. This consultation will also cover having an ecoGlaze or Ceiling or Under Floor Insulation quote prepared as well.

The Next Step Consultation gives you 1.5 hours of our Chief Technical Officer's expertise to discuss the specific issues around your home's thermal performance. He will provide guidance as to the best 'next step' to take and prepare quotes for any works that we may be able to provide. This consultation may cover a small amount of Draught Proofing.

An ecoHome assessment is a comprehensive and holistic view of your home. It involves a very thorough inspection (around 4 hours) of your home's energy performance. A fully detailed report outlines the issues and practical solutions on how best to improve your home's energy performance, reduce energy consumption and adjust to climate change. These solutions are costed and sequenced according to maximum benefit for minimum cost. The cost of having an ecoHome assessment on your home is dependent on the size of a home. It will usually take our assessor approximately three - four hours on site to collect all of the information to produce a fully comprehensive report.
